Hi, I'm April!

I'm so glad you stopped by so I could share my art with you!

I have always loved creating art, and can vividly remember enjoying art with my mom when I was just four years old. The artist in me was only re-awakened when I began homeschooling my own son. It is through that process that I discovered my language for connecting with God is Art. When I hear the Word of God, its beauty and depth unfolds in my mind as artwork.

In Psalm 19 David speaks of the ways that nature has a voice to glorify God. I use a lot of nature in my artwork as it naturally captures and speaks to the truths of Torah. Likewise, I believe that just as we are all created in God's image, we are also made to reflect God's many facets in unique ways. We are all gifted with talents, skills, and abilities that are meant to shine a fragment of light on this world. My artwork is my voice for glorifying my Father and King -- the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob.

It's my sincere desire to share the beauty of Torah, Hebrew, and Jewish tradition as it inspires my soul, and pray that in doing so it helps draw you closer to the awesome God who created you in His image, and that in doing so it helps you reveal your unique voice to glorify and praise our Father in Heaven.
